terrà il seminario dal titolo “Color ontology: an introduction to the nature of colours”.
Color Ontology
Color ontology discusses about the nature of colors. Are they physical properties of objects? Are they non-physical properties? Are they dispositions to appear in a certain way? The aim of this presentation is to introduce the relevant positions in the debate, with pros and cons, and propose an idea which I label “projective epiphenomenalism” on color, according to which colors are properties which have no causal role, and which are projected on objects when we have color experiences.
